Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the country. International orders may take 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, ToniMay provides a 6-month manufacturing warranty. This covers any defects in materials or workmanship but does not cover general wear and tear or accidental damage.
